Service Description
This Beginners Hatha Yoga class is designed in the fundamentals of Hatha Yoga in a supportive and welcoming environment. Whether you're completely new to yoga or looking to revisit the basics, this class is perfect for establishing a solid foundation in your practice. In this class, you will learn traditional Hatha Yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and relaxation methods. Each session is structured to help you develop strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness through gentle movements and controlled breathing. No prior yoga experience is necessary and you can expect a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere where you can create space to explore and deepen your understanding of yourself at your own pace. Jen will answer any and all questions while providing guidance and modifications throughout the class. Note for booking: If we don’t have any registrations by 4:45, we will cancel this class, but if the class is still posted, please feel free to drop-in! **First time at our studio? Please plan to arrive a couple minutes early! We're located at 3925 Reed Blvd., Murrysville PA 15668 in the lower level. Our studio is located in a shared commercial (brown brick) building. Pull around and park in our lot. Walk through the double red doors and head downstairs. Make a right and you'll find our studio located at the end of the hallway to the left.
