Service Description

This class combines mindful movements with flexibility and core exercises. It will leave you feeling longer, leaner, and stronger. The combination of breath and flow work will bring connection to your daily living. Raylene Cooley is a Certified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer She has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and loves every minute of it. Raylene has have a passion for bringing health and wellness to the body and she is dedicated to her clients and her family. She loves spending her time with her husband, son and 2 dogs. Over Raylene's career, she has taught a variety of fitness classes at various levels, and she believes that introducing a variety of movements and exercises to the body will keep it strong and always challenge the body into greater levels of health. Pilates, in particular, is a class that Raylene feels is very important to the body by holding strength through the core, lower back and hips, and adds the benefit of flexibility to create balance and help prevent future injuries. Raylene is also a dedicated personal trainer that cares deeply about her clients in assuring their safety and listening to their needs and goals so they can be successful in their wellness journey. Raylene's Pilates class is for every level, and is offered with modifications so that you can tailor it to your level of fitness. Please note: this class requires a minimum attendance and may be canceled if minimum attendance is not met by the day of class. All registration fees will be refunded if class is canceled for this requirement. Optional items to bring: water & towel. Mats are provided, but you may bring your own.
