Jennifer Copeland
Certified Yoga Instructor
Jen is a Certified Yoga Instructor who has been practicing yoga since she was a teenager, but when she became a busy and devoted mom of five, she put her practice aside for the interests of her family.

Jen found in many years of loving sacrifice, she had lost herself. She committed to a yoga teacher training program that helped to change her life.
​
Though Jen is still a very busy and active mom, she has found more peace, balance, and sense of community, and she hopes to share these gifts with you at Tuned.
Christina Ferrante
Certified Yoga Instructor
Christina is a Certified Yoga Instructor who has beautifully embraced the healing power of Yoga.
Christina is passionate about sharing her practice with others and helping others to achieve greater health.
Christina provides a warm, inclusive and safe environment for all yogis to come and enjoy the healing power of Yoga.
Christina offers Yoga in the Park, as well as Yoga with Weights and Restorative Yoga classes.
Serafina Zippi
Certified Yoga Instructor
Serafina is a Certified Yoga Instructor whose passion for teaching began when her Yoga practice transformed her life.
Yoga guided Serafina through hardships earlier in life and helped her to develop a dedicated practice that she’s been sharing with our Tuned Yoga Family since 2022.
Serafina also has additional training in trauma-informed Yoga, meditation, and offers regular retreats and events.
Serafina is also a Licensed Massage Therapist and offers her massage services at Tuned.
